Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Sloan Mortgage Group Branch Program. Please follow the directions below in order to begin the application process.

Begin by printing & completing the File Attachment listed below.

Next, send the original forms to the corporate address below. Please send your package via DHL, Fed Ex, etc. so it can be tracked if there are any problems. From there, it will take approximately 24 to 48 hours to review your application for approval. Be sure to reference the checklist before submitting your package.

Upon approval, you can begin closing loans immediately.
Please note that you will not be officially approved until you are notified in writing by Sloan Mortgage Group, Inc.

In order to expedite the approval process, it is very important that you remember to include the following items with your application:

Complete all forms: Appropriate Branch Agreement, Release Authorization Form, Background Questionnaire, 5 Year Employment History and all other required forms.
A legible photocopy of both your Driver's License and Social Security Card.
Written explanation of any Background issues that may come under scrutiny.
