Our accounting services greatly decrease the amount of time Branch Managers would spend tracking, recording, and managing their finances. Our system provides accurate record keeping, financial reporting, and asset management for each branch.

Legal:

Sloan Mortgage Group provides the following Licensing & Compliance services to ensure Long Term Compliance, Productivity and Profitability for each and every Branch Office:

Consultation and guidance regarding individual and multi-state licensing requirements
Filing of State Mortgage License applications
Renewals of State Mortgage licenses
Notify branches and individual LOs of continuing education requirements
Notify branches and individual LOs of changing Federal and State laws
Offer Surety Bonding for State Licensing (if necessary)
Provide Errors and Omissions coverage against employee negligence and/or misrepresentation
Resource for questions regarding RESPA, TILA, HMDA, ECOA, HUD, allowable points and fees and other industry regulations.
Review & Approve marketing materials for State and Federal compliance
Submit State regulatory reporting requirements – including but not limited to Federal HMDA, State Audits, Quarterly Reports and Continuing Education Certifications to comply with ALL State regulatory bodies
