Legal:

- Consultation and guidance regarding individual and multi-state licensing requirements
- Filing of State Mortgage License applications
- Renewals of State Mortgage licenses
- Notify branches and individual LOs of continuing education requirements
- Notify branches and individual LOs of changing Federal and State laws
- Offer Surety Bonding for State Licensing (if necessary)
- Provide Errors and Omissions coverage against employee negligence and/or misrepresentation
- Resource for questions regarding RESPA, TILA, HMDA, ECOA, HUD, allowable points and fees and other industry regulations.
- Review & Approve marketing materials for State and Federal compliance
